During the past couple of weeks the alo package was enriched with two packages to deal with the conversion of the MCH mapping from Run2 format to the yet-to-be-precisely-define Run3 format :

In order not to introduce AliRoot dependencies to O2 just to get some dHLT components working in O2 (using the AliceHLTWrapper), a lean alo package was introduced.
